Upon confirmation of your reservation, we shall give you our bank's name and account number where you can safely and conveniently deposit your Reservation fees. |

Do you accept personal or commercial checks?
Yes, but the processing of your reservation request would be delayed as we would have to wait for approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the clearing of your check. But if you are not in a hurry, this would be fine with us. |

What is your cancellation policy on reservations?
Less 25% of your Reservation fee if cancellation is made between 16 - 30 days prior to your actual check in date; less 50% - if made between 8 to 15 days, and less 75% if cancellation request is made in 7 days. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellation made below 7 days notice. |

As hotel guests, do we have to pay for the use of your swimming pools, jacuzzi and bamboo huts?
No. You are free to use these facilities among others to your heart's content as our aim is to give you a most satisfying stay with us. |

Are there tourist guides in your hotel that we could hire to accompany us on our tour to nearby towns?
We don't have any full time guides in our employ but that could be arranged. Just inform us of your plans upon making your reservation and we will take care of everything for you. |

Are guests allowed to bring in their own foods and drinks?
No, but we can offer you the convenience of ordering excellent foods and drinks straight from our coffee shop served by our courteous staffs. Your orders can be served anywhere you want; in your hotel rooms, at the pool's side or inside the bamboo huts, and of course, right within the homey ambiance of our coffee shop. |
